Northern Nevada Regional MLS Enrollment Agreement

As an authorized user of NNRMLS, I agree (if I have not already done so) to complete and submit a signed copy of the NNRMLS Subscriber or MLS Participant Agreement to NNRMLS. I understand that if I am a new member of NNRMLS (joining after February 1, 2007), I must submit the agreement within 60 days of joining.

In addition, I acknowledge that I will use the MLS in accordance with the Subscriber/Participant Agreements, the MLS Content Use and License Policy and the NNRMLS Rules and Regulations. Copies of each are posted in MLS Docs in Paragon.

I also agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of SAFEMLS tokens:

1. I agree to pay a fee of $35 +tax to replace a lost token.

2. I agree not to share my token/access to the MLS with any person or 3rd party.

3. Additionally, if I am an authorized Staff ID User, I understand that I must also comply with all Rules, Regulations and Policies of NNRMLS.
